Not a Problem Mental health isn’t a problem—it’s just a part of life, like feeling hungry or needing rest. It’s about how we think, feel, and handle everything that comes our way. Some days we feel good and full of energy, and other days, we feel low, tired, or just not ourselves. That’s completely okay. Everyone feels this way at times. Mental health simply means how we are doing inside—how our heart and mind are feeling. It’s not something scary or something to hide. It’s just a sign that we’re human . Sometimes, we all need a little help—whether it’s someone to talk to, someone to understand us, or even just someone to sit with us in silence. Wanting support is normal. It doesn’t make us weak or needy. In fact, it means we’re brave enough to say, “Hey, I need a little help right now.” That’s not a bad thing. That’s honest, and it’s real. We all help each other in different ways. If a friend is carrying something heavy, we offer to carry it with them.  Mental  ...
